I needed a refund and all I had to do was chat to one of their agents (Mathapelo Mathibe) via WhatsApp who was friendly and very professional
I needed a refund and all I had to do was chat to one of their agents (Mathapelo Mathibe) via WhatsApp who was friendly and very professional. I was assisted within minutes. I'm happy with her service.. As she also recommended additional insurance quotations, which is a value added service. So, well done.
