Kindly note that when funds are loaded onto your Onecard, you can swipe your card at the service provider, however, should you experience any issues with swiping the Onecard at a service provider, you may withdraw the funds at the till points of your nearest supermarket or an ATM. Should you wish to withdraw the funds from an ATM, please note bank charges will be applicable. Once the funds have been utilized, we will require a computerized detailed legible invoice in order for the claim to be assessed accordingly.
