I joined the insurance and I had my first doctor's appointment today since joining
I joined the insurance and I had my first doctor's appointment today since joining. I got back home and couldn't figure out how to upload my invoice. This is when I reached out on the One Plan whatsapp, which made everything so easy for me. Nompumelelo Moloi assisted me with uploading the invoice and I'm very appreciative, as I was struggling on my own. She was kind and patient with me, as well as very quick in her responses. I'm incredibly satisfied with the assistance that she proved.
