I haven’t received my refund yet after submitting a claim so I don’t know whether there is a waiting period before the refund reflects into your bank account

Thank you for reaching out to us. Once your claim has been fully reviewed and approved, the refund is processed and paid into your bank account. After payment, please note that bank refunds can take between 7–14 working days to reflect, depending on your bank’s processing times.
