I have to say, the prompt response I receive for different agents, speaks to 1st class customer service
I have to say, the prompt response I receive for different agents, speaks to 1st class customer service. Always willing to go the extra mile. This is even better then medical aid service!!! I HIGHLY recommend Oneplan Health Insurance! I have small kids and every claim has been approved, winter is the peak for when kids get sick and I always get the support from this team. I feel they go beyond the call of duty
