I have submitted claims more than six weeks ago
I have submitted claims more than six weeks ago. Still not paid. All I'm told by there WhatsApp consultant is it will be paid soon. Can't phone them lines not working. Posted on X no reponse

As per our telephonic conversation, we tested our lines and found them to be functioning properly. There could be a possible network issue in your area which may have affected your ability to contact us by telephone.
Please note that the claims in question were approved and finalized in October, with payment being made directly to the service provider.
We have since proceeded to send an email to your listed email address with confirmation of the proof of payment.
Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused and hope to have restored the experience.
