I have submitted a claim to be processed and could not phone One Plan therefore I have used the social media platform
I have submitted a claim to be processed and could not phone One Plan therefore I have used the social media platform. A lady named Palesa Kgatle assisted me and went out of her way to assist with the approval of the claim and assisted with loading a new one. Even after waiting a while she confirmed that she is still with me and given feedback continuesly.
