I have submitted 3 scripted medication claims do one day which adds up to a total of R233,55 however I was only refunded for one claim with an amount of R233,55. I also submitted an invoice, but now my claim is not approved because Oneplan wants a print out invoice. They fail to call the practice fo the specific invoice they want, what is more annoying, is the back and forth to get a claim approve when all the documents were submitted. Oneplan should consider taken invoices as we receive from our doctors and they should know not all doctors provide print outs!!!!

Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced during the claims process. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the matter.

We can confirm that one refund was processed for an amount of R77.85, as reflected on the invoice dated 20 April 2026. The additional invoices submitted today have been forwarded to our Claims Department for processing, and feedback will be provided within 24–48 hours.
The over‑the‑counter medication claims dated 10 and 17 March 2026 respectively, were successfully processed and paid directly onto your Oneplan card.
The remaining outstanding claim relates to the doctor’s visit. We have attempted to contact the service provider for the required documentation but have unfortunately been unable to reach them. You are welcome to contact the practice directly for assistance, and once the required invoice has been obtained, it can be submitted to us for assessment.
With regard to invoice requirements, we would like to clarify that, as per the terms and conditions outlined in your policy document, we are unable to accept handwritten invoices. We understand that this requirement may be inconvenient in some cases, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
We regret the back‑and‑forth you experienced and thank you for your patience and feedback. Should you need any further assistance, please feel free to reach out.
Kind regards,
Oneplan.
