I have received an unnecessary email explaining that Shadow was only covered for R 800 on each plan
I have received an unnecessary email explaining that Shadow was only covered for R 800 on each plan. No where have I asked for more which makes this email worse is that the claims were approved yesterday and I received this email this morning. The world has enough problems without creating more. Also note Shadow has been with OnePlan since being a baby so I know rules. Also did I ask for more money did you take the time and phoned the Vet and ask if the bill was paid. no... So please before sending upsetting mails check your facts
