I have just receive...
I have just received sms from oneplan insurance informing me that my short term policy will be cancelled which I don't understand, If there's something wrong they were supposed to call me.

We are sorry to hear of the circumstances under which your Hellopeter posting has reached us, and we do apologize for any inconvenience caused. We do take customer feedback seriously to improve our service and process to ensure that we meet our client’s expectations.
As per our telephonic discussion, kindly note that as an Insurer we do not cover pre-existing damages as per our current product offering, pre-existing damages will be excluded from the offering. Upon receiving the vehicle inspection report our Underwriting Department noticed that there were extensive pre-existing damages on the vehicle, therefore at the Underwriters discretion the decision was made to decline cover of the vehicle and process a full refund on any premiums that may have been collected. Kindly note that digital correspondence was sent in this regard.
Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. We will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions. Oneplan subscribes to its TCF principles and will take all reasonable steps to ensure fair and equal treatment of all our clients.
