I have had pet insurance with oneplan for about 9 months and they have been amazing from the start
I have had pet insurance with oneplan for about 9 months and they have been amazing from the start. You can load funds onto a card before you even go to the vet so you don’t have to use your own money and claim back. The app is usually easy and quick but today i could not get it to load funds on my app so I contacted customer service on whatsapp and Shari Govender quickly helped by loading it for me in time for me to get my furbaby to the vet. I would highly recommend oneplan for pet insurance and am looking at moving all my other insurance policies over to oneplan too.
