I have been with OnePlan Pet Insurance for many years
I have been with OnePlan Pet Insurance for many years. My dog has gone for multiple large operations and many many small treatments. Every time they help with such care and understanding. Since they implemented the WhatsApp support chat it has become even better and this morning has been another example of that. I chatted with Mapaseka Dinake and she was on point when replying to my messages, I didnt need to wait for a reply and I didnt need to repeat my question. She was friendly, helpfull and professional. It was such an amazing start to my day speaking with her. Well done Mapaseka you were amazing!
