I have been with Oneplan for several years
I have been with Oneplan for several years. Mostly a positive experience. Perhaps the whatsapp turnaround time could improve. But very helpful. Are there prospects for upgrading to a level beyond executive plan? Or extra policy for mental health.

We have 4 different Health Insurance plans, with the Executive Plan being our highest plan. Our clients will be covered up to the respective cover limit depending on the Plan type that has been selected. Please note that currently, we do not have a product that specifically covers mental health conditions. However, should we develop a product in the future to address this, we will notify our clients.
We are glad to have been with you for the past 3 years and look forward to an even longer and more fruitful relationship.
