I have been with Oneplan for almost 2yrs and have never had a problem with service
I have been with Oneplan for almost 2yrs and have never had a problem with service. I do have issues with uploading pictures for claims which always comes back rejected and unfortunately there is no option to upload multiple copies for clarity in terms of close ups. Which is why I always have to send my invoice claims to the whatsapp helpine. The reason for my rating is the whatsapp line. I am always greeted with immense friendliness, the service is speedy and resolved within minutes. Well done to Karabo, Keogile and everyone else who assists. You have been amazing!
