I have been with One Plan Pet Insurance for more than a year. The client service is always amazing with friendly, caring staff that assist at lightning speed. Karabo Malefetsane has been most helpful and supportive whilst assisting with my recent query. Well done to Karabo, as well as the rest of the One Plan Team.!
