I have been waiting ...
I have been waiting since Tuesday to add my new pet onto my OnePlan Pet Insurance.... I got a call from Karabo Malefetsane this morning to check how far the process was, and he added my pet and sorted everything out with a 5 minute phonecall. Excellent, friendly service - absolute pleasure dealing with him!! Then this afternoon, I had a glitch with loading funds on my card and Mapaseka Dinake, Ashleigh Leibrandt and Kenley Du Plessis resolved it via whatsapp in no time! Excellent service and helpful staff EVERY TIME.
