I have been trying to cancel My policies since the 1st of January, allowing January to be the cancellation month
I have been trying to cancel My policies since the 1st of January, allowing January to be the cancellation month. I have not had the opportunity to speak to a human. When they call, I answer, the phone drops. They call once and email me saying they’ve tried calling but to no avail…but they called once! I am still waiting for confirmation for both my policies to be cancelled and we’re already on the 8th of the month. No human interaction, just WhatsApp robot and unanswered emails! I am so over automation. I am human. I would like to communicate with a human, not a Bot, not some AI created test dummy, and actual human being that can understand emotions and how they’ve totally flared mine up by not bothering to offer a service if any kind!

As per our telephonic conversation, kindly note that the cancelation of your Health policy will be effective from the 1st of February 2024 and the cancelation of your Pet policy will be effective from the 01st of March 2024. Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. The terms and conditions of the policy must be adhered to and app**** fairly for all clients. Please note we are governed by the FAIS Act and must apply the TCF policy to ensure all our clients receive fair service and cover.
