I have been a Pet insurance customer for many years and always find Oneplan to be lovely to work with - this time was no different, Athi in the claims department was lovely and assisted me quickly in a stressful time when my dog was hospitalized after a fight. She was friendly and went the extra mile to assist me in getting my claim sorted before my baby is discharged from the vet.
