I have been a member of One Plan since 2015 and I can honestly say that the staff- Specifically call centre- have been amazing
I have been a member of One Plan since 2015 and I can honestly say that the staff- Specifically call centre- have been amazing. Patience helped me this morning to sort out card and claim details and she was quick and very friendly. One Plan has gone above and beyond to assist me through the years and I have never had any problems regarding my medical policy. I can recommend them to anyone@
