I have been a customer of Oneplan since 2017, it is one of the best decisions I have ever made
I have been a customer of Oneplan since 2017, it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have always received exceptional service regardless of what my query was. Today, I was assisted by Sibusiso Ncambaca on a query of a rejected claim. Sibusiso explained the reason for the rejection professionaly and in terms I could understand. Sibusiso gave me various options that I can use to pay the rejected claim amount. This was as always, exceptional service. Fast, efficient and effortless. Thank you Oneplan and Sibusiso!
