I have a pet insurance policy with OnePlan, the are always willing to help out where they can. Today I realised that my pet’s name was misspelled. I contacted them to help change her name, Sibusiso Ncambaca was the consultant that helped me, and my pet’s name was changed almost instantly. Now I don’t have to worry anymore. I got very great and friendly service, thank you so much OnePlan and Sibusiso.
