I have a Pet Insurance plan with Oneplan and the process has just been so pleasant from the very first interaction! Signing up was seamless, the App is very detailed and whatever I was confused about was answered with such patience via their call centre and live chats! I spoke to Busisiwe Motha after my first claim today who was extremely friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend Oneplan!
