I have a pet insuran...
I have a pet insurance with them for accident cover my dag was bitten but know they refused to make payment due to the infection her got from the bite wond

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and the circumstances under which your Hellopeter posting has reached as we do take customer feedback seriously to improve our service and process to ensure that we meet our client’s expectations.
Upon investigation, we discovered that your fur-baby was treated for an infection that developed from a bite wound. Kindly note that the infection is a separate issue and is seen as an illness which unfortunately is not covered on the Accident plan.
The Accident plan is our entry-level plan, which only covers in-hospital corrective procedures that are due to an Accident only and any illness-related events that occur as a result will not be covered under the Accident plan. Please take note that insurance usually covers the initial injury from the accident but not the ongoing illness that follows.

We encourage all our clients and potential clients to ensure that they; do understand all products available in the market; and perhaps approach their Financial Advisor for a factual comparison of products.
