I have 3 French Poodles with one plan pet insurance for the last 3 years. The one female struggle with allergies and ear infection. I can really just say that in my experience, I was always treated friendly, with care for my doggy and most of all respect. The service has always be with immediate action. Ellè was treated yesterday, and today Rutenda Adelaide help me via whatsup to upload my invoice and receipt. She was most friendly and helpful. Within seconds it was done. Thanks to Rutendo and One plan for 3 happy and healthy poodles.🐩🐩🐩 Petro Venter.
