I had trouble submitting a claim on the one plan app
I had trouble submitting a claim on the one plan app. I didn’t get a response when trying to contact within the app itself. However, I sent a WhatsApp and received a helpful response from Eugene who helped me with my claim even though it was on a Sunday! Thanks Eugene!
