I had to put a claim in for my cat for the first time with OnePlan and I was unsure about the whole process. I used their WhatsApp line to get guidance on the process and the service was excellent- I did not get this persons name but they were very helpful . Angel Mance helped me when I contacted OnePlan later to send the invoice and confirm the claim and they were very helpful too. Overall using OnePlan was a great experience and I would highly recommend them!
