I had to load an invoice for my 1 furbaby. I used the whatsapp channel for OnePlan. Due to it being Good Friday & after hours, I wasn't sure how long it would take. WISANE, one of the agents, helped me, I uploaded the invoice & he uploaded it to the asseaament department. I am very happy to know it has been done and that I was helped so swiftly & kindly.
