I had to cancel one of my pets from my Oneplan policy as it has passed away and also add a new pet onto the policy. Shari Govender and Tshegofatso Matlakala was so kind and efficient in assistaing me with the changes on my policy. Well done to Oneplan team. You never cease to amaze me with your service and also best prices.
