I had the pleasure of working with Kenley Du Plessis at OnePlan Insurance, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. Kenley went above and beyond to ensure that my pet insurance claim was not only processed quickly but also paid out within an astonishing 24 hours. The dedication and efficiency truly stand out. Thank you, Kenley, for making what is usually a tedious task a breeze. I am incredibly impressed with the service at OnePlan, and I wholeheartedly recommend them. This level of customer care and speed is something I will always value. Kudos to Kenley and the entire OnePlan team!
