I had some questions regarding what the policy covered and decided to use their WhatsApp chat bot service
I had some questions regarding what the policy covered and decided to use their WhatsApp chat bot service. After one question I was forwarded to a lovely agent named Patience who took care of all of my questions and offered advice and help for my situation. She was very efficient and pleasant and answered all my questions clearly and fully while letting her kind and caring personality to shine through. What a lovely experience, thank you Patience
