I had some challenges uploading invoices onto the App as well as needed to add my new puppy onto the plan. Mapaseka Dinake reached out to me after hours and supported me by uploading the invoices directly on her side passing it to the team that will support. In addition to this she called me to add our new pack member without any issue. Her service level was outstanding. Thank you Mapaseka Dinake
