I had my Fur-Babies at the Vet and paid out of pocket
I had my Fur-Babies at the Vet and paid out of pocket. The refund claim was easily submitted and the agent, Ntokozo, confirmed immediately that they received it and is working on it. OnePlan is always there when I or my Fur-Babies need them. I am always extremely happy with them.
