I had an issue with the delivery of my card, the address was incorrect on courier side and despite my efforts to get it changed with them, it never changed
I had an issue with the delivery of my card, the address was incorrect on courier side and despite my efforts to get it changed with them, it never changed. My address was correct on my policy but somehow was incorrect at the courier. I contacted One Plan and dealt with Ntokoza Sikamisa. She was absolutely brilliant and sorted out the issue for me. I also wanted to update the breed of my dog, after we received his DNA test results Great service. Looking forward to being a OnePlan client.
