I had an error using the App so I went onto WhatsApp and was assisted by the chatbot immediately
I had an error using the App so I went onto WhatsApp and was assisted by the chatbot immediately. I then went on to speak to Khoza Cate who assisted me further with a human touch ☺️ Very friendly and efficient and resolved my query in under 5 minutes
