I had an enquiry about a claim and decided to contact Oneplan through their whatsapp service and asked to be put through to a agent
I had an enquiry about a claim and decided to contact Oneplan through their whatsapp service and asked to be put through to a agent. Sibusiso Ncambaca was quickly assigned to assist me with my enquiry and promptly helped me with all my questions and concerns. Very friendly agent and good communication skills so glad I can contact oneplan like this instead of always having to phone
