I had an emergency and needed to find out which was I could be assisted Sheldon Naidoo assisted me and was very helpful He gave me all the information concerning my query I was also greatful for his care as he wished my son a speedy recovery That made the enquiry more personal and I felt his care for my situation Well done on outstanding customer care Sheldon
