I had an amazing experience with the Shannen at OnePlan and the service provided, which was incredibly helpful. It's not always easy to keep track of the inclusions in our Pet Medical Savings, but the consultant went above and beyond in sharing all the details without me even having to inquire. Their proactive approach was truly commendable.
