I had a simple request to change my debit order date. I made a request through their website which took me no more than two minutes and less than 30 minutes later received an email from Abongile Rarane (a customer care consultant) who informed me that my debit order date had been updated as requested. I have had to do this with a number of companies and was very impressed with the efficiency from OnePlan to have my request completed.
