I had a problem with the pet med booster clause on the policies since Sunday, your team would have come back to me before 09:00 on Monday, but failed
I had a problem with the pet med booster clause on the policies since Sunday, your team would have come back to me before 09:00 on Monday, but failed. I was patient until this morning after numerous wups between Bonnie and athi, who apparently referred my matter to management.... BUT, this morning after I almost lost it KOPANO Makgeledise assisted me in a fantastic good manner. It was a great relief. Thank you so very much. Regards Louzelle
