I had a problem with a rejected claim which Kenley Du Plessis dealt with and it was sorted out within a few hours
I had a problem with a rejected claim which Kenley Du Plessis dealt with and it was sorted out within a few hours. I had problems with OnePlan for almost three weeks to get it sorted and it wasn't. Kenley called me three times to make sure it is addressed and finalised. Thank you for good service Kenly du Plessis.
