I had a few questions regarding my policy and benefits available and the lady named Shannen was very helpful and friendly on the app. She even asked if she can load the claim on my behalf. I did not even wait longer than 2 minutes for replies on all my questions. Thank you Shannen and Oneplan for making things better.
