I had a claim problem and went on to the app to try and solve it, a consultant named Ntokozo Sokamisa not only assisted on the chat but within minutes phoned me so we can sort it out
I had a claim problem and went on to the app to try and solve it, a consultant named Ntokozo Sokamisa not only assisted on the chat but within minutes phoned me so we can sort it out. I am pleased to say with this kind of assistance and friendly people from Oneplan who needs any other medical insurance. Thank you for a great service
