I got assisted quickly and efficiently by a service champ by the name of Sophie this morning after a few attempts on the whatsapp self-service channel and being unsuccessful at that. After sensing my frustration, she promptly called and swiftly assisted and made sure that my new card was activated and that funds were loaded. Thank you so much Sophie! You are a star!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐
