I did have to go for a eye operation in both eyes
I did have to go for a eye operation in both eyes. One plan pre authorized R53 000 which we have to pay for in cash before hand. Almost 3 weeks after the operation still no payment and the only authorized R30 000. Which is not close what they sead will be paid out regard less. No they are saying the invoices is bot clear i must submit it all over again. Nobody got so much money just laying around. That is why we do have this policy.
