I dealt with an agent named Rutendo Adelaide outside of business hours. I'm so sick. And this person was so kind. So helpful. I've been struggling (via WhatsApp) for the last week to get assistance with a refund. And it was handled via WhatsApp in about 10 minutes. Definitely 20 stars if I could make that happen 🫶🏽
