I contacted Oneplan's whatsapp chat bot
I contacted Oneplan's whatsapp chat bot. Selected to chat with a person. Sophie helped me. I submitted the documents of the hospitalization of my pet on the chat and she submitted the claim to the correct department! All done. Thanks Sophie!
