I contacted OnePlan to find out about the benefits for my cat's potential dental surgery and spoke to Rutendo Adelaide. She was very quick to respond and was really helpful in explaining which benefits I have access to and how to submit the future claim. The whole experience was very positive and have to commend OnePlan for their overall service. I have been a member for about 18 months and can honestly say that their service from start to present has been exemplary.
