I changed pet insurance and it has been an amazing experience from the very first call. Every interaction has been friendly, kind and even willing to crack a joke or two while on a call. Today Sibusiso Ncambaca was a god send and resolved my issue in under ten minutes. 10 out of 10, would recommend!
