I am very disappoint...
I am very disappointed today i visted the vet because my dog injured his paw...the vet gave and ointment and meds and placed a buster collar on my boy to avoid him from licking his paw,my claim was rejected based on the collar as its an accessory 😐 now i had to make payment of 179 for the collar ive never previously paid for what is happening? Whats next band aids are accessories you will loose a client whos never missed a monthly premium from 2020 consistently due to such nonsense.... spoke to Sibusiso on the WhatsApp line...he closed the call without explanation nor did he ask to be rated like they usually ask when they asist...
