I am super super impressed with the excellent service I have received over the Chat With Us on the Oneplan App. Ntokozo Sokamisa attended to my request regarding a claim issue which was a mistake from my side. The issue was resolved in minutes and did not require endless waiting or a phone call. I also have had to update my details as I got married and that too was such a breeze. Thank you so much Ntokozo and Oneplan team for your excellent and continues service. Very happy client
